Norwalk Eye Care is proud to be one of the first practices in the country to use the QuantifEYE device to assess our patients risk of developing macular degeneration. This is a simple, non-invasive test to measure the density of pigment protecting the macula. Based on the information given by the test, your doctor will determine your level of risk, and if supplemental intervention is recommended to increase the level of macular pigmentation.
